You can't say anything against the burgers, just delicious. When ordering in the McDrive, something is usually missing, so it's better to always check it directly at the counter.

Sometimes busy but otherwise good

It always takes too long for a fast-food restaurant. Are totally overwhelmed when there is a lot going on and orders are sometimes forgotten. Otherwise typical McDonald's. There is enough parking space and the restaurant is very clean overall.

Best quirks in Rhein-Main: Savings menus and coupons are automatically booked in with orders, all very nice here, very clean, even in comparison with other quirks in the area.

Staff super nice. However, it can take a little longer, so that a long line forms and you have to wait a relatively long time (10 minutes or more).

Good but not so good hospitality

Actually, I'm satisfied overall. The typical problems like lukewarm food or forgotten orders occur every now and then. I can live with that. The reason for my negative rating is the current hygiene concept. In the restaurant, a tall, corpulent blonde was packing my order. She was wearing a mask. However, under the nose. Since she talked all the time and kept looking into the bag, there was no longer any question of hygiene. The mouth and nose must be covered. In times of Covid-19 there is no way around it.

MC Donalds stop. What I like very much is that men no longer have to stand in line. McDonalds has made it into the 21st century with flying colors. You can even order and pay online and have it served to the table of your choice.

The slowest McDonalds I know. Waiting 10 minutes for the order in the drive-in is really bad, and then the hamburger wasn't even fresh. And not just once.

No, waiting 20 minutes even though there were a maximum of 10 people in the shop, after a question about whether I might have been forgotten, the lady answered me cheekily "one after the other" only people who came after me had long eaten 🥴 so it used to be a top McDonald's, I don't know what happened ...... A pallet of rolls stood in front of the door in the sun for about 45 minutes, soft ice cream almost spoiled yellow. At the notice of unintelligible staff ... The machine had been freshly cleaned ... When asked about the rolls, they were removed immediately ...

After reading all the horror reviews, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the store is. Food was delicious and fresh. Food was at my place after 3 minutes. Great shop, top!

As expected again a McDonlds where you can't expect an order to be complete. This special phenomenon was also observed in the table neighbors who came later. And still, that when we came there were only 6 customers, all of whom had already been served, and 6 people were chatting behind the counter and in the kitchen. Also had to wait around 20 minutes for our order. The only positive thing that I can mention here is a nice, modern and well-kept outdoor area. All I can say about the order is that all the burgers and the riffle potatoes, i.e. almost the entire order, were lukewarm. The apple spritzer as well as the sour cream and the caramel shot in the coffee were forgotten. Here I would like to mention again that six people were busy with an order. In addition, the burgers were just clapped together somehow. You can see that from the pictures I uploaded, as well as the fact that we actually ate faster than we got the "fast food". Despite little operation. With this example, one can only say that McDonald's has redefined the low point of gastronomy.
